From surgery to self-acceptance, the Slay Queens star opens up about beauty, empowerment, and finally feeling at peace in her own skin.
Reality TV star and influencer Inno Morolong says she’s finally in a healthy and happy place with her body — one that not only fuels her confidence but also reminds her of her strength, growth, and the beauty that comes with embracing herself fully.
This marks Inno’s second surgical procedure, following her first, which included a tummy tuck, 360 liposuction, and body sculpting. With her latest breast reduction and tummy liposuction, she shares that she now feels more content, comfortable, and at peace with herself.
“The older I’ve gotten, the more I’ve fallen in love with myself, and that love has inspired me to take better care of who I am,” she says warmly.

Inno’s body has undergone a remarkable transformation over the years. Before her first surgery, she weighed 83kg and often found herself at the receiving end of body-shaming comments. Whenever disagreements arose, people would cruelly use her weight against her — something that deeply affected her and ultimately encouraged her to make a change. Today, weighing 70kg, she feels healthier, stronger, and more self-assured than ever before, maintaining her lifestyle through consistent gym sessions and mindful eating.
“I’ve always loved myself,” she reflects, “but I wasn’t always aware of what I ate. Now I’m intentional about my diet and how I show up for myself at the gym.”
The 33-year-old adds that her journey with surgery was never about vanity, but rather about aligning her outer appearance with how she’s always envisioned herself. She’s undergone a few procedures to achieve a beautiful, well-shaped body — a dreamy silhouette, as she describes it. While gym workouts take time, surgery offered her a faster path toward her ideal figure. These days, she goes to the gym mainly to stay fit and maintain her results. Her ultimate goal is to embody a doll-like look — slim with gentle curves — and with her breasts now perfectly lifted, she feels happy and confident in her skin.
“Beauty is essential to me,” Inno shares. “It’s important to always take care of yourself, especially as a public figure and club host.”

Laughing, she adds, “I’m so particular about self-care that I even wash my face three times a day! No matter where I am, I make sure to keep a clean, fresh look throughout the day.”
Having been opinionated and curvy from a young age, Inno is no stranger to bullying and online criticism. Yet, she affirms that every choice she’s made about her body has been for herself — not to silence the bullies, but to honour her own happiness.
“I never let the noise affect me,” she says with conviction. “Even now, with my love for beauty and looking good, it’s a personal decision. It’s about making choices for myself so that I never look back with regret.”
In this new body, she feels poised and empowered — it gives her presence, structure, and a confidence that naturally makes her sit tall and carry herself like a lady.
The multifaceted star is also part of the cast members of the new Showmax reality show ‘Slay Queens’, a five-part documentary series about women who chase the soft life by any means necessary.
The show debuts on October 31.
She explains her involvement by stating, “The show explores the life of a slay queen and the associated nightlife.” I explore more of my background and what it took to get to where I am now.”

Inno shares her rags-to-riches story, coming from a small town in the Free State and traveling in and out of Johannesburg in pursuit of this life in the entertainment industry full time.
While growing up, she recalls how she was intrigued by beauty.
“I was that girl that always participated in beauty pageants. I loved makeup, and my favourite back then was anything from Avon since it was very popular during our days. I would make sure I got my hands on those perfume-scented magazines so I could rub myself against them to smell good,” she said, laughing.
When she finally packed her bags for Johannesburg, post her graduation from tertiary, the dream was to be a star. She is now living her dream.
“I pursue things that I want at my own pace – even with my body. I pursued what I wanted at my own pace. I don’t care what people say much because when you are out of shape, people talk. When you are in shape, people talk. So I do me however I want to,” she said.
