Sunscreen
Sunscreen is very important to me. I’ve been using it every day for the past 5 years and I’ve learned it to be the best skincare secret. Whether it’s hot, cold, sunny, or cloudy – sunscreen is a must!
Moisturiser
A good moisturiser has been a game-changer for me. My favourite is the NIVEA Beauty & Radiant moisturising lotion.
My fragrances
I love smelling good so smelling good so my fragrances are among the things that I love. My favourite fragrances are from Maison Francis Kurkdjian, namely: Baccarat Rouge, Ex Nihilo Explicite, and Grand Soir.
A good book
I’m currently reading “The Psychology of Money” and I really love the gems in the book. It comprises great financial advice.
K-drama
I really love K-dramas. I recently finished watching one called “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” and it’s about an artistic lawyer.
Documentaries
I love watching documentaries with my best friend. Watching documentaries is a great way for anyone to open their mind, challenge their own thinking and beliefs, and gain a new understanding of the world we all live in.
Pasta
I absolutely love a good pasta meal. My favourite at the moment is lasagna from my favourite pasta spot.
Pilates
Last but certainly not least, I love Pilates. They’re good for my back and I enjoy doing them for exercise. Doing pilates also promotes mobility, and improves posture, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness.
