Pearl Ntshehi is a powerhouse of ambition and achievement, with a BCom Law, BCom Honours, LLB, and a certificate in Project Management under her belt. Currently awaiting admission as an attorney of the High Court, she’s a natural leader whose journey began early—captaining her softball team, representing her school on the governing body, and later becoming the first female president of her university’s SRC in 2017.
Her passion for youth development shines through her work as the founder of Project 31 and as a Brand South Africa Play Your Part Ambassador. Adding beauty queen to her list of titles, Pearl was the First Princess of Miss Mamelodi Sundowns 2020, a Top 30 finalist for Miss South Africa in 2021, and placed in the Top 10 in 2022.

My relationship with God
I Love my Journey with Christ, being refined, serving others. Getting to know Him and let Him be known through the work that I do, humbles me. Jesus is always at centre of it everything I do.
My dear husband
My Husband, motho wa ka man! Doing life with a partner that understands you, supports you and pushes you to being the best version of yourself is a blessing.
My family
I wouldn’t be half the woman I am if it wasn’t for the people who raised me and instilled in me good morals and standards, my heart is full knowing that I represent them well. They’re my biggest cheerleaders and constantly re-assure me that I am enough.
A good book
I love a good non-fiction, self help book. There’s always so much to learn from them about healing, self-discovery and personal growth.
Hiking and gym
Stepping into the out doors or the gym really clears my mind and helps me to be centred. It’s a great way to silence the noise in my head and to re-centre myself and thoughts.
The beach
From the calming waves and sand in between my toes? Count me in! I love being by the beach with my nose in a book, I find it very relaxing.
Giving Back
I have a non profit called Project 31, that looks at giving back to our community in mamelodi while equipping students with soft skills, trying to bridge the gap between them and other students in other districts.
Photoshoots 
I often say that I live the best of both worlds and I’m privileged. If im not in the office, I’m behind a camera and it’s my third favourite place to be! Capturing moments and seeing my vision come to life through lenses brings me great joy.
Fashion!
Fashion is a form of self expression and love it! I enjoy putting together looks and SHOWING UP for myself more than anything; fashion week is one of the events I look forward to attending.
